Not Keeping up with promise

<p>Our car was involved in a accident in March in a parking space which cost me R8,000.00 payment for acces whilst no one was even in the car. Was pormised that we will get the money refunded and nwo after 5 months Anderson is passing the buck</p> <p>They refuse to come back and or answer on any mail neither phone calls</p>
