no response to excess claim
i was in an accident on the 26/08/15 which was not even my fault. My excess was R10.400 which i had to pay before any repairs could be done. Now when i call i always get different stories from the claims dept, they are waiting for their legal dep to claim from 3rd party but nothing has been done. I wonder if il ever get my money back.
