no response

seems that i have wasted my time reporting this matter on hello Peter i still have not received any response in more than a week, that how much Anderson underwriters value their clients. my mother is sitting with a wracked car while you take your time processing her request, she has already given you R8000 but your company still has the audacity to do nothing. what do you do exactly, her insurance was never suppose to have access in the first place. I am pushed to go to the ombudsman thank you for nothing.
