My car has been with Insurance for 5 months

I am writing a formal complaint against Anderson insurance regarding my vehicle (Claim#: CL25501) which has been with Anderson insurance for the past 5 months. I am beyond upset as i am forever sent pillar to post whenever i request for an update/ **** to about the ETA of my vehicle.I recently complained to Charles and Nick and they both promised to provide me with feedback and to-date i haven't been provided with feedback. This is very ********* as i the customer need to call every time to find out how far the Team is with repair . You can ask Nick and Charles how many emails i have send to them complaining. And now am being told i have to wait 21 days for head light controller and this light was not part of the accident this light was ****** when insurance took my car to their storage now i have to wait because of their mistakes when they took my car they said i will get my car in 10 days now is been 5 months November will be the 6th month with out a car. I need help im out of ideas i have been complaining nothing has been done
