Most Pathetic Service Ever!!! Waiting FOREVER!!!

Logged my claim on the 5th of January 2015. Was asked to submit all details of accident with AR which was done over a week ago. Sent multiple mails to this consultant asking if all is in order and what is the process....ZERO FEEDBACK. <br> <br> I waited 18 minutes on the line with a voice automation telling me a consultant will answer me in 4 mins and it DOESN'T HAPPEN! <br> <br> And looking from the prior reports for Anderson it seems that this is a trend with generic apologies and no action in assisting your customers. I don't need an apology.. I need answers...NOW!!!
