longtime waiting for approval of claim

hi I am rama working as a pharmacist in sebokeng hospital.I was driving my car and i hit the pavement and reported the accident on 21/12/2015 at sebokeng. I then contacted my insurance (Anderson) they then got Auto perfect to tow my car and registered the accident opening a claim file no is cl28206 with them. From the 21/12/2015 they have not approved my claim or fixed my car.I then tried to take my car from the towing company (Auto perfect)of which they requested high storage charges. Where do i go from here as the insurance people are not fixing the car and auto perfect will not release my car unless authorised by anderson. I then requested Anderson to cancel the claim and release the car on the condition that i dont pay any storage charges. First they said they will release car without storage charges and now when I want my car back they are saying I need to pay storage charges because I cancelled the claim.I then requested them to continue with claim as i am not in a position to pay storage charges.Till now I have not recieved any response . It has been almost a month that they have my car and is posing a huge inconvenience for myself. Please can you assist me. thankyou
