Lack of communication and deduction of account

I instructed this Anderson insurance that i cancel the cover. i did this through email also through telephone. one of their consulatant even phoned me back to confirm the cancellation. My concern is that the debit order is still going through after i cancelled. i am so dissapointed by this so called underson insurance. i wouldnt advice any person to use their services
