Junk Customer Service

<p>On the 8th of August 2016 I reported an accident to Anderson Underwriters Claim number CL31565. I submitted all the required documents to thier consultant Sheldon. Until today they failing to pay a R30 000 claim, so how can they be trusted with substantial claims, Instead I get excuses that the claim consultant left and the bank statement they need is for full August which was not the case initially. This serious lack of processes, communication and professionalism at Anderson, which is already driving them to failure. If you do not pay the claim this week I am handing Anderson over to my lawyers and they will deal with the matter and I am done with Anderson.*Disgusted* </p> <p> </p>
