insurance ****

<p>On the 5th of May 2016 my car Toyota Etios 1.5 2015 was involved in a car accident,I than contacted my insurance company Anderson Insurance underwriters once the claim was approved they said they will declare the car a write off even though it is repairable because the quotation they claim is too much without me agreeing to the terms they took my brand new car which is repairable by the way to their salvage premises I lodged a complaints as I was not happy with the way my claim is being handled on top of all that they do not pay off the whole amount to your back to settle they only pay 70% of the cars valueand I have to cough up the other 30%,myself on top if all that I pay the balloon payment iam owing and I am left with no car and debt to me this is just an insurance **** they gain and I lose after the trauma I experienced with the accident I just want to cancel the claim and take back the car to fix it myself. STRESSED OUT!!!</p>
