insurance problems

<p>hi there i was in a accident with my car on the 17th of decembr2015 whereby it is a write off im struggling with anderson insurance since then first with a courtesy car that i only received in may 2016 then i decided not to take a other car and that they should settle with the bank.i was promised that they will settle it in july but still im paying for a car which i dont have i dont know why im waiting this long whereby they gave me a date that they will settle stil they didnt do that when im senfing them messages i dont get any respond from them even when im calling then its like not the people im supposed to speak with,i sincerely hope that u can assist me with this matter because im really tired of them not settling this thank you</p>
