Insurance claim not being processed

It has been 26 days and i havent had any feedback on insurance policy A124973SUP.<br> <br> I've been sending numerous emails, and trying to call the call centre.<br> <br> I would spend over 19 minutes on the line waiting with no feedback and the phone cutting.<br> <br> Brandon doesnt follow up with anything and i find that i as the customer am the one who always has to call!<br> <br> It is 26 days without a vehicle and i dont even know where the car is stored!<br> <br> This is highly unacceptable!!!<br> <br> Some needs to have this sorted out! Even the supervisors at Anderson insurance aren't assisting with the matter<br> <br> I need to be urgently called on ***<br>
