Insurance claim for vehicle

I was involved in a car accident on d 7 of december. Contacted the insurance to report accident. by d 10th i hade sent all the required documents and accident report from police station. Since then. I have been following up with them. When you ring the call centre every consultant gives you the run around and say the file is lost next day the file is with some1else or you hold for almoat and hour then the consulatnat drops the call. Tody is the 22ns of jan and still nothing concrete. The premiumsare still being deducted from my ccount evrey month without fail. This company is unprofessional. Eith poor customer service and lying supervisors amd team leaders. It is terrible. I will never refer anyone to use it and i regret using it myself. I send emails and no1 responds to them. ?o not use this insurance if you want proffesional and speedy service. They dont know what they are doing. Dissapointed client.
