Insurance Claim

My car was broken into ,they broke my window on Tuesday the 08th of March 2016.I phoned the claims department to report what happened ,was told I must wait for the police to check if there's more damage in the car other than the window ,of which I did .<br> <br> When I called again I was told they are offline ,till today. So I went and fixed my window since it was raining the whole of lastweek .<br> <br> I don't think its people I will want to continue with ,as it is I'm shopping for another insurance .
