I wonder why I'm with Anderson-IU

Yes the premiums are reasonable with Anderson Insurance Underwritters but whoooh BAD service they provide. I really can't encourage anyone to use Anderson even if you with them but you never claimed with them, start looking for something better. <br> Today is the forth week my car is sitting with Panel Beaters and they're waiting for Anderson to appoint them.<br> When I follow up with Anderson, they are telling me about the assessor and processess. After fighting so hard, they sent me an sms to say that I must give them an allowance of three days to complete their assessment but after five days they don't have an answer of what is going on and when are they finalising everything.<br> They don't communicate with you to let you about the status of your claim. They normally don't take calls at claims department, I wasted lot of airtime trying to reach them. Everyone knows how stressful it is to use public transport every day. If you with Anderson, you must be prepared to fight and stuck with taxis while fighting. Iys very painful that the debit order has went through but I don't have car in my position.
