I lodged a car accident claim 3weeks ago.
3 weeks ago I have lodged a claim and to from then i have been receiving update from them via sms that I should allow the process to take place from then they have been sending me messages saying the my claim has been processed and it is going for approval to date when i call they telling me my file is with management. I was supposed to have received feedback from them on Friday the 10 July 2015 and they didn't sms anything, Monday the 13th I called them they told me again the file is with management and they will get back to me same day by cob, today the 14th they told me the file is with management and all the consultant have knocked off.?
