I feel like someone without insurance
My car had an accident on the 29th,i reported this on the 1 September, I was told if I want to claim to third party I must claim myself, my car started making some sounds,I requested it to be towed on the 18 September, the gentleman who was assisting left the company, I am without a car, they are refusing to pay me to fix my car in a convenient panel beater, they are refusing to extend my car hire which I paid for. This is the worst insurance I have ever had and I will not recommend it to any one. When I ask for my car they tell me they will not pay for iit after I have paid my excess, This is ridiculous.!!!

With regards to Third Party, you need to register a claim first, before you can claim against the Third Party through the insurer.
We have checked our records and you've had courtesy a car for more days than allowed, therefore, your car hire may not be extended again. If you should have any further concerns, please feel free to contact our offices.
