Horrible services

I claimed early January and i was told the assessment period will take up to 3 days,bt it took almost 15 days and was finished on the 29.01.2016 and again i was promised to wait two working days for authorization bt even today i havent got authorization..anderson people are so cruel and disrespectful to clients..they dnt knw how to treat people but bt they knw hw to deduct premiums..this insurence is nonsense,waisting people time &money!!!!!
