Horrible Service

<p>Too long to elaborate, horrible service, 35 days still nothing about my claim CL31999. This company does not care about its clients whatsoever both management & staff are very unreliable and lack communication s****s and i cannot believe they are still allowed to operate and run this business like this. Phones take you 45 minutes to get through, if you are lucky to get through then you have to deal with rude consultants, team leaders like Charles Maduna who will promise to call you back and never do. i'm taking depression medication because of this insurance.</p>
