Friendliness and good service

<p>I was having a query with my debits and after having been transferred from point A to point B all the way to Z, with no one listening to my problem and just transferring me to the next person holding on for a half n’ hour at a time I finally came through to Danielle Vermeelin she asked me if she could phone me back and I thought it would be more empty promises but she phoned me back with friendliness and held on the line with me until she got a hold of accounts, she then phoned me back to make sure I was helped and happy. Thank you Danielle for showing me Anderson does know how to give their clients good service!</p>
