Excess Return

Hi, I was a client of Anderson Insurance Underwriters for 9 months. During this time i was involved in an accident where it wasn't my fault. As per my email conversation with them, the access amount was going to be returned to me once they received the money from the 3rd party. I had given them a month without feedback and then I started trying to follow up with them and they are refusing to respond to any emails or phone calls. I feel that this is unacceptable.
