Excess is ridiculous
When I joined this insurance they told me my excess will be R3000 now that I have a claim they say I must pay 10% of the claim of which its something they never told me when I joined. And to top it all they say I must pay age excess of R9000 and they also didn't tell me when I joined. So now my total excess will be R18000 of which I think it's insane for an excess.
