Disgusting service

<p>Insurer Administrator - Anderson Insurance Underwriting Managers Pty Ltd - Broker - B Sure Africa Financial Brokers : My son regretfully has his short term insurance through these people. Somebody side-swiped him on the N1 Highway on 14th of May 2016, not his fault, witnesses to prove the fact. On the following monday - 16 May 2016, he got quotations and everything that was required to properly submit the claim. Today, almost three weeks later, nothing, many queries from our side, no action except to let us know that the letter of excess is on it's way. No word at all on getting his vehicle repaired. This is not his car, it is his passion, his life, he absolutley loves his car. The insurer, do not care in the very least, only want their excess up front. All we can do is to spread the word of their total lack of Customer Service, extremely poor, be warned public. </p>
