DISGUSTING BUNCH OF PEOPLE

I have never in my entire existence....<br> <br> The whole call centre was privy to my discussion with Lebo I called in and first spoke to a Wanda who after giving me very little detail around where my claim was in the process and I asked to speak to the supevisor I was on hold for 13 minutes and 30 seconds. I hung up and called again and got through to the same Wanda. Lebo then grabbed the phone from him to attend to my call and he doesn't even say hi starts shouting Thandeka Thandeka I'm not sure who that is but my name is Thembeka.... After much shouting back and forth not to mention that I haven't spoken to this guy since Monday 11 May when I first put in my claim. To date my claim is not approved I'm paying for a courtesy car that I still do not have because they wait for approval before giving courtesy car.<br> <br> This is a **** insurance do yourself a favour and don't go there.<br> <br> I'm waiting for the supervisor to call me - I bet you he/ she won't call!!!
