Claim process taking too long, and no assistance
I was in an accident on the 13th of May. All documents were submitted on the 22nd of May, received an sms saying the assessor will take 3 days to assess. No further feedback has been received, and I cannot get hold of any brokers. When I phone I get either transferred or the phone is hung up after holding for up to 10mins.<br> <br> Please contact me asap, and assist me to sort this out.
