Claim payout not paid out after 21 days

<p>I've been a loyal client to Anderson Insurance Underwriters for over 3 years and paying my premiums every month.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 3rd of June I lauched a claim after I was involve in a accident driving from Durban to Johannesburg, my claim was approved on the 15th July. On the 21st July it was submitted to claims payout and I was told that the payout will be processed in 14 - 21 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>It 2nd September today 1 month and 12 days after the claim payout was issued but the payment it still not processed, I'm still paying my insurance at the same time after 3 months my car it still parked by my place.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm really upset about how I've been treated by my insurance, I'll be very happy if customer service resolves my issue and release my claim payment ASAP. </p>
