Claim not responded to.

I was involved in an accident on 21 August 2015 and the person that bumped me is insured under Anderson Insurance. Since he was at fault I had to claim for my car to be repaired by his insurance. we went to the police station and did an accident report with the person that bumped me. Relevant documentation that was required by the insurance was forwarded to them on the 5 October 2015. After that I have never heard from them. once I phoned and was told they working on the Matter and I must phone after 30 days. I have been calling even today but the is no response in the legal department, the phone just rings and the other consultants cant help me as they say the legal department is dealing with that matter. My car is still damaged. I have sent them several emails asking for feedback since they don't answer their phone and no reply was given even on email.
