Claim Not Paid

We are already about the third month since the date of the accident where my car was written off. Anderson Insurance has sent me from pillar to post. One minute they have received all the documents and the next they have not. As off this morning I have received different stories from a few other people including Tobias. I had to fight in order to get a courtesy car which has eventually expired and so I'm back in taking taxis, while WesBank is still deducting the instalments for a car that I don't have anymore. At the same time I can't even buy a new car because the current vehicle account throws off the affordability. Not knowing what to do I revert back to the person that recommended them to me and without realising the poor guy got fired for having relations with Anderson. I'm satisfied with the guy's efforts and feel sad that he got fired for Anderson who fail to keep up to their word, to think there are so many of us that have taken insurance with Anderson. I can't wait for this to be over so that I can move on with my life.
