Car Claim Settlement to Panelbeaters

my car was involved in an accident on the 19th of July and on the 20th it was towed to the panel-beaters for repair the assessors took time to assess my vehicle but they eventually did today is the 26th of October and i still don't have my car the panel-beaters have called me to say that my car is finished they are only awaiting payment from the insurance to give me my car i have been calling since last week and the was a person who told me it was going to be paid Friday last week or Monday morning, this morning I called the panel-beaters and the money is still not paid when i call the insurance they keep on saying they will make follow up and return to me but they never do it is so frustrating knowing that you are paying insurance with no problem but when they have to give you service they make it like they don't care I feel like i don't have an insurance im really disappointed with Anderson and the way they deal with us customers please resolve this issue as i need my car i cant be paying for something that im not using.
