Cancelled my insurance on 3Dec still billed
Sent confirmation email and letter on 3dec.. Call centre confimed last week it shows by them..insurance not cancelled and my account debited end dec for insurance i cancelled..call centre said last week the money will.be back into my acc by monday 11jan... Still waiting!
