budget insurance horrable service

I was involved in a car accident and had to wait for hours before the insurance can assign someone to tour the car from the scene . the following day I submitted all the document to the insurance including claim forms and supporting documents ,since I have submitted the document I have not heard anything from the insurance except that I have to call them everything to ask how far is the processing of the claim .to make this worse I don't even have a claim number and I don't have a car to move around I work in two different places I don't have a car to move around. and if you call they the phone ring for hours without anyone picking it up , this is really affecting me so bed I cant cope at work nor sleep. I am scared I might lose my job since I don't concentrate because of the horrible service I get from this insurance. this service is really affecting me big time I cant cope .
