BEEN WAITING FOR 3 MONTHS FOR MY CAR TO BE REPAIRE

My name is David, got involved in an accident with one of your customer early January, I've been waiting for Charmaine to come to back to me with the process of how long and when is my car gonna be fixed. I am the one who is always calling to do the follow ups. It's been 3 months now since my claim went through. I spoke to your client to check if she is happy with your service, definitely not. Your service is not up to standard, I don't think you will survive in future with a service like this. Surely you are not going anywhere with this s***t service. Surely if you run a business and you want more customers for your business to grow you don't treat people like this. I want my car to be fixed as soon as possible.
