bad service re: Claims

<p>The company is very slow to assist with a claims.</p> <p>After much paper work requirement my claim was accepted on 29 June</p> <p>My car was written off like 11 days ago with the following messages received:</p> <p>1) My claim has been referred for assessments will take 5 days.</p> <p>2) After that: claim going for approval will take 2 days.</p> <p>3) after all that I called today and get a reply that an investigation process can take up to 4 to 6 weeks.</p> <p>4) After that there is probably a claims payment waiting period.</p> <p>All in all: 11 days (after paper work) + investigation process 6 weeks (worst case scenario) +? Claim payment time period. = 8 weeks +? Claim payment time period.</p> <p>I mean really common for approximately +- 2 months I should still pay for the car and wont still have any car.</p> <p>-Worst part is all they can tell me is ware they are with the process but there seem to be no concern about how long i have been waiting and will carry on waiting.</p> <p>Really?
