Bad service ever

<p>I was involved in a car accident on 09 March 2016,on the 25 April 2016 I was told that my file is with finance department given turnaround time which is 14-21 days. It's been a month no feedback I tried several time to call them,calls are on hold at other times are rejected. My claim no cl29186. I thought choosing anderson will help as they are saying they provide excellent service forget to mention that they provide worse service........no feedback on emails..please management team do something about this its been 3months paying for the car that I don't have</p>
