Bad service

<p>This insurance does not value their clients but good with debiting our accounts and demanding high excess fees then they keep quiet and when you call them they transfer you until you run out of airtime...I've made a claim since April claim no cl29975 done everything I was instructed and I'm glad that finally after 4months my vehicle is fixed but its been a month now the car is finished but the panelbeater can't give it to me they say that they are waiting for documents from the insurance...please assist with the matter because my car I finished but I can't have it its at Chris craft nelspruit </p>
