BAD SERVICE

Insurance is there to give one a peace of mind but in this case it was more of a headache. I do not understand why it is so difficult to give feedback on the progress of a claim. On the 24th of March I contacted the insurer and they fetched my car, i was told that this will only take plus minus 14 days, its almost a month now if not more and i am the one constantly calling and emailing for feedback but all i get is one lie after the other. i explained to one of the consultants that the car is a need as i work shifts and stay very far from work, I do not understand why should it get to that point for one to be taken seriously! On Friday i was told that i would receive an sms and the whole process shouldn't take anything longer than a week that's after the 14 days has already passed, today i am being told that the process might take another 14 days, I mean really? The service i am getting here is very bad. I personally wouldn't recommend this company to anyone after what i went through.
