Atrocious Service Delivery Without Fail

On 11th of Dec '15, I was in an accident shown in a video recording submitted to Brandon Adams with documents on 14 Dec '15. I got repairs quote for which I paid R450 from a \repairer of my choice"as was made clear to me on inception of the policy in 2012. Brandon is apparently in talks with management around the fact of refunding me. Still nothing has come of this. On 18th Dec'15"
