<p>I phoned to cancel my policy a month ago and still the debit order went off today. Phoned again today only to have the phone slammed in my ear. To reverse this is costing me R115,00 in bank charges because you can refund the money but it takes 7 working days and I can't wait that long. Thank you very much for this inconvenience. </p> <p> </p> <p>Reading all the complaints for Anderson Insurance Underwritters think it's maybe a good idea to log a official compliant with the National Consumer Commission. </p>
