anderson is most incompotent inusurance

my motorcycle was towed in after a minor accident and in three weeks I don't have a quotation I have no idea where my motorcycle is ive been calling Anderson for the last twelve days my cellphone bill can prove that ive sent nine unanswerd emails when I finally got through to claims supervisor I was told not to shout and was told it has been assessed but then the same day I was sent an email that it had been assessed ive been given the run around please help they even threaten to drop your call as a client
