ANDERSON INSURERS PATHETIC SERVICE!

I met with an accident on the 3rd December 2015 and my Accident report was filed on the 4th December 2015. My insurance company (Andreson Insurance) had been notified about the accident 24hours thereafter and requested copies of my documents together with the Accident report for verification purposes. After submitting all of the above to Ricardo Madala, almost 7-14 working days had passed with no feedback from the insurers. I made numerous phone calls and emailed continuously until I received a response early January that my vehicle was a \write off\". Another +- 7-14 working days had passed and I hadn't received any communication from my insurers and I find myself getting nowhere! Upon my numerous follow ups with my bank to confirm payment,I was told that my insurers have not submitted all documents that were requested to conclude the settlement. It was now the second week of FEBRUARY with the same old response! Friday, the 4/3/16 was exactly 4months since NO PAYOUT & to date, NO PAYOUT! To all vehicle owners,please dont consider anderson insurance as they are entirely unprofessional and useless! From road side assistance to a vehicle write off, UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE! "
