Anderson Insurance Underwriters doesn`t want to Approve my claims & also deny car hire

<p style="color: #555555;">My name is Doctor from Pretoria, my car was hijacked on the 17 of April 2016 and recovered few hours later being damaged in side. My insurance (Anderson) organised tow- truck to take the car to Panel Beaters on the 21st April 2016. Since then I have been requesting for car hire as my policy cover for it, but I was told that I will only get a car when my claim is approved. I have been contacting the my insuarance requesting them to approve my claims but I am not succeeding, the person who is handling my claim doesn`t want to even talk to me or even sending me an email. Every time I call I will be transfered from one consultant to another and at the end I will be on hold until I give up.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">I am stranded at this moment as I don`t have a car hire, my car can`t get fixed as the insurance doesn`t want to approve my claim.
