Anderson insurance underwriters complaint

<p>On the 6 September 2016 I had a car accident, my claim No: CL31571, since I began with the claim on the following day of the accident there has been no feedback or update from the claims department people not unless I call them myself which is costing me a lot of airtime, it's been over a month now and nothing has been done regarding my claim, it's either I'm told the person dealing with my claim is not available or they are waiting for any assessor's report which is long overdue already.level of profession from Anderson claims department is really pathetic, I really don't feel valued as a customer. </p>
