Anderson Insurance Underwriters

<p>I opened a contract with anderson last year after I had bought my 1st car, well I think that was a bad decisio more especially for a new driver because you will be ******. i spoke to a lady called Suxanne from reception (where calls are not recorded) who was very rude but obviously nothing will be done, my details where captured incorrectly on the confirmation of cover and knowing them when its claim time they will give me problems for their mistake. now last month I got a debitv order from netstar(traker) didn't call them, lastnight I got another debit order from netstar debiting from 4months, when I called them they say Anderson hasn't paid them for 4months. but the instalments I'm paying Anderson is including the tracker. Day light *******. I'm definately cancelling my contract with them, I will not pay them any last instalment I've spent alot of money having to call them every month checking if they did the correct thing. My cover was done by Bianca who is so clue less. I have been sending emails to Katleho Mo***eng, Bianca Lee, Kristin Trussell, Neo Tladi and Krysty Nathan till now no response. I hope what I wrote will assist whoever that wanted to go to Anderson with their decisions.</p>
