Anderson Insurance Underwriters

Anderson has got to be the worst Insurance institution in SA. I had a motor accident on the 6th February, returned my claims documents on the 9th Feb, only to wait for 24days later to receive my excess letter on 5th March. By the 11th March I paid R11 000+ amount for excess and I still dont know when my vehicle is going to be repaired. Two ****** monthly premiums and R11 000 is a lot of money to pay without a vehicle. Their call centers are always fully lined you have to wait at least 20+ minutes to get through to a receiver who will tell you that your agent is out on lunch (IS THIS TO SAY THAT IF MY AGENT WAKES UP CRITICALLY ILL THE NEXT DAY I WILL FORFEIT MY CLAIM AND MY VEHICLE THEREOF?). When you finally get hold of them you hardly get any sound feedback with correct timeframes . Anderson's claims process takes too long and is costly to me as a loyal client who pays my premiums on time.
