Anderson Insurance rejecting claims on assumptions

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to warn personnel who intend in joining or are current clients of Anderson Insurance that they need to be aware of the inefficient way they handle their client's claims - they reject claim based on assumptions not facts...</p> <p> </p> <p>It took them 2 months to reject my claim and they refused to provide me with a car hire that I was paying for all along.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now they tell me that i have to pay the storage of 2 months which is of their wrong doing - taking forever to finalise the claim...</p> <p> </p> <p>Anderson insurance does not care about their clients at all - they will go out of their way to reject your claim, they assume things they dont care about their clients...</p> <p> </p> <p>Anderson insurance undermines clients they will promise you the world but when it is time for them to service you they will go out of their way not too...</p> <p> </p> <p>Be warned...</p> <p> </p> <p>RSA citizen...</p> <p> </p>
