<p>Anderson insurance underwriters has *********** staff that doesn't know how to deal with any thing. </p> <p>It takes two months to even get an approval from them that's if they even check there emails which you have to remind them to do so. You will do there work for them. </p> <p>I have spent over R800 just calling them. The staff never know how to deal with anything so they will always transfer one to a different person at least five before you go back to the first person that picked up the phone. This is 45 minutes later. </p> <p>This is not an insurance company that I'd recommend to anyone not even my worst enemy. Three months now going for four. Should I give up?</p>
