They are *********** and need you to hold there hand every step of the way. </p> <p>It takes two months to even get an approval another one month for them to even know what to do with a settlement letter . The settlement agreement you will send at least 5 time before they realize how to operate a pc and save. </p> <p>I have spent over R1000 calling them in the last three months. Before one even speak to someone 45 minutes on the phone will have past. Transfered to five different people the sixth is the same person one spoke to the first time. </p> <p>I'd never recommend any one not even my enemies to anderson insurance and I'm still paying them.
