An insurance claim that is taking forever

My Name is Godfrey Molapo I drive a silver VW Eos. I have been insured with Anderson insurance for over 3 years and I have never claimed. My Policy No: A212793COM and Claim No: CL 23674. On the 25 January 2015(Sunday) I was involved in an accident, the driver of the other car said his brakes failed and he lost control which resulted in him bumping me from behind. During the accident I phoned my insurer (Anderson insurance) and informed them about this accident.<br> On the 26th of January (Monday) I again called the insurance company to start with the claiming process, to which I was informed to submit the relevant documents, to which I did.<br> I week later a called and they told me that they were still processing my claim. A few more weeks later I phoned and I was told I didn't submit all the required documents (a copy of the back of the licence), this was the reason for a month's delay on the claim. I then submitted the required copy and they continued processing the claim.<br> My car was being fixed at Metal auto body. I had been keeping in contact with this this company, because my insurance company never bothered to keep me inform on the progress of my car. Every time I ask them abou
