Almost 4 months since my accident and no payment yet!

I was involved in an accident on the 27th of jan. It is now the 3rd of May and no payment has been made to me yet. It is taking these guys forever. All premiums have been paid. My claim file was approved and according to them, closed before March, I am disgusted by the poor service i am getting and i do not recommend these guys to anyone, ever! The payments department do not take calls or reply to emails either, which adds to the frustration.
