Accident in 2015, excess R24000. Awaiting reimbur*****t

I was in an accident in 2015 November. My new car was with panel beaters until January,3 months later. My complain is that I have called numerous times to ask the legal dept to make a follow up with MiWay insurance whom is the other party who caused the accident's insurance. MiWay is willing to assist but nothing can be done if Anderson doesn't lodge a claim. I have sent even a presentation slide with all the necessary details to prove to MiWay so they can reimburse me. R24000 excess later, 3months follow up with more than 15minutes waiting time for someone to help me, a Samantha in the legal department who is always busy but will call later...frustrated client who pays R2000 per month. I am leaving, I thought taking you guys to Ombudsmen was being too nasty but you have no decent costumer service and I wouldn't recommend you too anyone. Even the panel beaters called you the worst ********** insurance they had to work with...they had more pity on me for being with Anderson insurance than having been in an accident. Just get Samantha to call me on *** about my reimbur*****t or else Ombudsmen will follow you up...
