5 months and waiting

<p> I got an accident on the 2nd of April 2016, my claim was only approved on the 6th of July 2016, I signed and submitted my Total Loss Agreement(together with a settlement letter) on the 14th of July 2016, my policy was cancelled on the 18th of July 2016, all along paying premiums. As I you know a a settlement letter is only valid for 30 days, which has lapsed already and my claim hasn't been paid. Since my accident I have spent over R1000 in airtime calling, I'm always given the run around, being transferred to 7 agents at a time. It's been 5 months without a car, paying premiums, using public transport, I'm fed up, I can't do this anymore. Anderson IU was so quick for my business now they don't give a flying fvck now that I want to claim. Pleassseeeeeeeeeeeeeeee help, I don't know what to do anymore.</p>
